Company information

We have been professionally hosting guests and customers for our vacation rentals since 2016.

Property information

This property has been recently renovated and we set it up specifically for vacation rental. A lot of properties in the area are very old have old heating/cooling system, water heater and etc. We have taken that into consideration and installed a brand new HVAC system, tankless water heater for guest comfort and convenience. We also feature full kitchens and a renovated bathroom.

Neighbourhood information

Wrigleyville is becoming a big tourist attraction. New buildings within the area has provided residents and visitors new entertainment. There are plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. Pop up Bars at times with a fun theme. Bars along Clark street by the Wrigley Field Stadium, and along Halstead. If you have a membership to Planet fitness and like to work out while on a work trip or vacation; you can walk under 10 minutes to the corner of Addison and Belmont where one is located. Plenty of options nearby.
