The en-suite bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower. Just off the primary suite, a private spa area showcases a jetted tub and spectacular mountain views. A fitness room includes a smart TV, treadmill, stationary bike, free weights, and a pull-up bar. In the second bedroom find a smart TV and a powder room with a walk-in closet and sink. Outside, a deck provides a grill and private hot tub. A spiral staircase leads to the incredible rooftop bar, complete with lounge seating and a fire table. Guests in the casita can relax on the oversized armchair and stream their favorite shows on the smart TV. Discover stainless steel appliances and granite countertops in the kitchen. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
