This property is unique even for Grand Lake, I have 3 STR on the same cul-de-sac. That means you have enough potential to host 24 ppl if you are having a wedding or familyreuniun or if you just have a big family. This property also has plenty of on-site parking. We can accommodate several vehicles, trucks, trailers, RVs, etc
I have lived in Grand County for the past 30 years, I fell in love when I went skiing in Winter Park ski area, a gold medal resort, and the cabins are only 30 minutes from that wonderful ski area. There are so many outdoor activities you can't do them all in 1 visit. Snow sports, summer activities, not to mention the beautiful falls that we have in Grand Lake
Just 4 miles from the cabin, you will find RMNP, and if you take Hwy 34 to Estes Park over the highest paved road in ColoradoTrailridge Rd. On the way, see plenty of wildlife and beautiful views, never summer ridge, and plenty more. Take a right and right across the Hwy, you will be at 3 of our beautiful lakes. We have a very unique property that a large family or wedding can stay in one place. I have 3 rentals that can sleep 24 guests .
