This is a very quiet and comfortable cottage with a large yard. Our home sits in the rear of the lot with lots of privacy. Good central location. The upstairs king bedroom is loft style, so please keep in mind, while you can't see up there without going to the top of the steps, there is no door to the master bedroom. The downstairs bedroom is small, but features a twin over full bunk bed. Each bedroom has a 42" smart TV. The living room has a large comfortable couch and a 55" smart TV. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, utensils, dishes, and basic supplies for your convenience. We also stock the property with a starter supply of consumables such as paper products, soaps, and cleaning items, as well as tea and coffee to help you settle in comfortably. And for a bit of fun and relaxation, we provide a selection of games for guests to enjoy during their stay. Half-Day Rates: We offer convenient half-day rates. This option is perfect for early check-ins or late check-outs (subject to availability). Please contact us in advance to arrange a half-day stay. Pet Policy: We’re happy to welcome one well-behaved pet to our property. Pet Limit: Only one (1) pet is allowed per reservation. Pet Fee: A non-refundable pet fee applies and must be paid prior to arrival. Cleanliness: Guests must tidy up after their pet both inside and outside the property, including proper disposal of waste. Supervision: Pets should not be left unattended inside the property for long periods. Furniture: Pets are not permitted on beds at any time. Damage: Any damage or excessive cleaning resulting from a pet will be charged to the guest. Failure to comply with this policy may result in additional cleaning fees or cancellation of the stay.
