You will be renting a bedroom with an attached bathroom. Common areas, including the kitchen, living room, and laundry, will be shared. Just a friendly reminder that overnight sleeping in the living room isn't allowed since it's a shared space. This apartment includes two bedrooms and two bathrooms. During your stay, you will share the property with two other guests, and therefore, only two people are allowed in each bedroom. The apartment is fully equipped with all the essential amenities to ensure a comfortable experience. We provide a variety of essential beverages, including water, orange juice, milk, coffee, tea, and a selection of additional snacks. All guests must be reported prior to booking; do not bring any unreported guests to stay overnight. The building and the surrounding property are equipped with security cameras. I cover essential points for travelers, and I'm ready to address any specific requirements or questions you may have. The neighborhood offers a beautiful view of Manhattan just a few blocks away, although the view is not visible from the apartment windows. Keep in mind that Manhattan is a vibrant city and, although this apartment is located in West New York, New Jersey, it can still be quite noisy at times. If you prefer a quieter environment, I am happy to provide alternatives in a more peaceful area. The bus 🚏🚌 stop and supermarket 🍎 are one block away, and the apartment is on the first floor, which allows for easy access. The most efficient way to get around is by bus. From this location, take the express bus directly to the Port Authority Bus Terminal in Manhattan without any stops. Be sure to download the New Jersey Transit app for this purpose.
