Welcome to The Desert Diamond, my cozy and peaceful retreat here in Joshua Tree. I created this home to feel warm, inviting, and comfortable—like a true home away from home for families, couples, friends, and anyone looking to slow down and soak in the desert’s beauty. The house sleeps up to 8 guests and includes 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with thoughtful touches throughout so you can relax the moment you arrive. The fully fenced backyard is one of my favorite parts of the property. It’s completely private and designed for simple, memorable moments—watching the sun set behind the mountains, stargazing from the hot tub, sharing stories around the smokeless propane fire pit, relaxing in the hammocks, or enjoying a family-style meal under the shaded patio lights. At night, the desert sky becomes breathtakingly clear, making the entire yard feel magical. Inside, I’ve added everything to make your stay comfortable: high-speed WiFi, central AC and heating, a 55” Smart TV, dedicated workspaces in three bedrooms, and plenty of fresh towels and bathroom essentials. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, complete with an electric stove, oven, microwave, blender, toaster, and a coffee setup with locally roasted beans from Joshua Tree Coffee Co. Whether you’re here for adventure or relaxation, I hope this home gives you the space to truly unwind and enjoy everything Joshua Tree has to offer.

When I’m not hosting, you’ll usually find me painting, reading, hiking with my partner, or relaxing at home with my three fur babies. I absolutely love the neighborhood where my home is located, and I think you will too. It’s a quiet residential area that feels peaceful and private, yet it’s just a short walk from Downtown Joshua Tree. You can easily explore cafes, restaurants, art galleries, vintage shops, and weekend markets without ever getting in your car. The community here is full of artists, musicians, and outdoor lovers, which gives the whole area a creative, welcoming energy. One of the biggest perks is how close we are to Joshua Tree National Park—just about a 10-minute drive to the West Entrance. It makes it incredibly convenient to head out early for hikes, scenic drives, rock climbing, or wildlife spotting. Whether you’re a seasoned adventurer or simply want to take in the landscapes, the park is an unforgettable experience. Even though everything is so accessible, the neighborhood remains wonderfully calm. At night, there’s very little light pollution, which means you can see the stars clearly right from the backyard or hot tub. Grocery stores, gas stations, and outdoor outfitters are all within a short distance, so you’ll find everything you need nearby. I love that this area offers both the stillness of the desert and the convenience of town. It’s a perfect balance, and I’m excited for you to experience it for yourself.
