Come to enjoy and relax in this 2bed/1bath home with sparkling swimming pool, in a quiet neighborhood in Mesa. It is conveniently located at the border of Tempe & only 12 minutes away from Phoenix International Airport, less than 5 minutes from Cubs field, malls, shopping centers & light rail. All the essentials are provided; well-behaved dogs are welcome at extra FEE.There is a studio apartment attached to the side of the house occupied by single long term tenant no access to pool/backyard NOTE: only registered guest are allowed in the property, no smoking or parties allowed, if you bring extra guest you will be charged accordingly, no more than 4 guests, there is a camera in the front of the house Thank you
