Cozy House with Modern Twist Pull up to this cozy cabin shell, and walk into the modern designed interior of this truly unique home. The perfect place to experience all of the things Glenwood and the Roaring Fork Valley has to offer. This home has the perfect location. minutes away from down town Glenwood Springs, 45 minute drive to Aspen, and only 8 miles from Sunlight! Direct access to historical Old Cardiff Bridge for amazing sunset walks over the Roaring Fork river.

Private neighborhood with little motorized traffic. One of the most unique streets in Glenwood Springs. Large private driveway that can easily fit multiple vehicles. Dead end street that leads to pedestrian bridge over the Roaring Fork River.
