The home lies on the riverfront. When you’re not on the water, fishing or exploring nearby, relax on the comfy screened-in porch. A covered dock and floating dock is nice for those who wish to fish, catch crabs or take in the view and relax. The home has 5 bedrooms and sleeps 15. There is a master bedroom with a king-sized bed. The second bedroom has a double and queen-sized bed. The other three bedrooms have a queen and a single bed. There are four bathrooms with showers and new fixtures. The kitchen features all the amenities you’ll need to cook the fish you catch. The living room and dining room are part of a large open area for those meals you choose to eat indoors. And the party barn has plenty of seating, which has a picnic table, and a grill. And the sunrise is worth waking up to! Must be 25 or older to book. Total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed. Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 10am. Quiet hours after 10 pm until 8am. Guests may be asked to keep noise levels down, especially if there are nearby neighbors. No parties or events are allowed in the house without prior permission from the homeowner. Any unauthorized gathering will result in a fine of USD 1000. Smoking and leaving cigarette butts inside or outside the house is prohibited. A fine of USD 500 will be charged for any violation of this rule. All trash and perishables must be disposed of and dishes washed before departure. Please return the keys to the lockbox. Guests are responsible for ensuring the safekeeping of the property keys during their stay. In the event of lost or missing keys, a USD 50 lockout fee will be charged, along with an additional USD 50 fee for key replacement. Please be mindful that we are on a septic tank.
