With 9-foot ceilings, tiled floors, & a soothing decor, you will thoroughly enjoy the relaxing ambiance of this beautiful property. The unit can comfortably sleep 6, with a king bed in the master, 2 doubles in the guest bedroom, TV in all rooms and 2 bathrooms. Both the living room & the master bedroom are open to the wide spacious balcony through new floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors. The extremely private gulf-front balcony is furnished for outdoor dining and sunning. A key pad entrance lock is installed on the front door, allowing our guests the freedom of going to the beach without the need to carry a key. Each guest is provided with an unique access code to this lock which is valid during the duration of their stay. The updated kitchen has full size appliances and all cookware and drinkware; laundry room has full size washer & dryer. The dining table has seating for 6 with additional bar stools at the kitchen bar. Four beach chairs and one beach umbrella are also provided for our guests (complimentary). A fee for beach service is also available. Complimentary, lightning-fast secure Wifi network is provided. You can also connect to the wifi while on the beach. Our building with only 108 units on 9 floors has 4 elevators and a large parking lot for guests' vehicles.A seasonally heated outdoor pool, a fitness center and temporary storage for pool toys and beach chairs is available. Charcoal grills are located at the east and west end of the building.

We are a married couple with 3 children & all of us LOVE the ocean & the beach. Our favorite times here are walking on the beach looking for seashells, watching the dolphins play, going to the Pier. We loved the peacefulness & unparalleled beauty of Navarre Beach and we found that this unit at Navarre Beach Regency offered just the perfect location to view the Gulf front. We consider this as our second home & have tried to make it as comfortable as possible. What makes this property unique is the fact that we have a ' front row seat' to the magnificent Gulf waters, the beach is completely unspoilt & not crowded, the other owners & guests are so friendly & helpful.
