This newly updated ~3000 sqft lakefront property features ~1000 sqft of outdoor decking/patio space, ample onsite guest parking, free access to kayaking, BBQ grill, hammocks, fishing, private 6 person hot tub, & much more! The basement / ground floor features one bedroom, a full bath, game room with ping pong, foosball, basketball arcade and video arcade, a family room with a playing cards/board game table, poker set, board games, karaoke machine and smart TV. The house has central ducted heating and cooling A/C throughout the year. Free access to our community shared amenities like outdoor pools, tennis courts, and playgrounds!

We have a lot of experience being a GUEST of short term rentals, so when we decided to invest in our very own rental properties we made sure it met all of our high standards. We took all of our knowledge of what we did and didn't like from past stays at rentals and created something that we feel will be a very special stay for our guests! Though, I do have a local property management company that can come out for any issues that must be handled in person.
Our home is located in the gated community of Penn Estates and has seasonal shared amenities like a pool for our guests to use, as well as tennis, basketball, and volleyball courts and soccer fields, playgrounds, and public access lake. Our home also has a private lake access for kayaking and fishing. Security is 24/7 and there are patrol cars regularly present to help enforce speed limits, parking rules, and community regulations overall.
