The home is conveniently located with easy access to the beach, the bay, golf courses, restaurants, and activities for the whole family. Home is located 3 miles from the Bethany Beach boardwalk and 1.4 miles from the James Farm Ecological Preserve, which has a nice quiet beach that is dog-friendly. There are two large grocery stores within 2 miles and several outstanding Italian and seafood restaurants nearby. The golf courses at Salt Pond and Bear Trap Dunes are less than 3 miles away. For children (and the children inside of us) -- there is easy access to Viking Golf & Go-Karts and the Thunder Lagoon Waterpark in Fenwick for a day of fun, as well as Funland in Rehoboth Beach. The home has an attached garage as well as many public parking spaces where guests can park their vehicle. Bethany Beach is a short drive or bike ride away!
