In the winter, Palisades Tahoe, Northstar, and Homewood are all within a 20-minute drive. Tahoe City is just minutes away with cafes, shops, and popular attractions. LIVING AREAS On the second floor, the main living area offers plush seating for the entire group. Cozy up next to the gas fireplace and watch the 55in smart TV. A second living area downstairs has a gas fireplace, 47in TV, and two couches. KITCHEN & DINING Making delicious meals is a dream in this chef's kitchen, complete with a full suite of high-end stainless steel appliances -- including two ovens and a six-burner Viking range. The roomy island and farmhouse table provide plenty of room for your whole group. A second kitchen downstairs offers additional cooking space and dining space. BEDROOMS & BATHS This three-story home sleeps up to ten guests across five bedrooms. The top floor is completely dedicated to the luxe master bedroom, equipped with a king bed, private balcony, and 42in TV. The spa-like en-suite has a large walk-in shower and jetted tub. On the first floor, two bedrooms each provide a queen bed, while a third bedroom has two twin beds. There are two bathrooms downstairs -- one offers a walk-in shower and one has a tub/shower combination. On the second floor, a fifth bedroom is equipped with a king bed, 37in smart TV, and an en-suite with a double vanity and tub/shower combination. A half bath is located on the second floor for added convenience. OUTDOOR AREA On the second floor, sliding glass doors open to a spacious deck. Fire up the grill and enjoy a tasty meal amid the pines.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
