Just a short walk from SJSU and downtown, it offers urban convenience yet feels peaceful and private. The Space Bungalow 1 (2BR, 1BA): King bed in the primary bedroom, queen in the second (plus a queen sleeper sofa in the living room). It offers a full kitchen, smart TV, washer/dryer, and a spacious private backyard patio. Bungalow 2 (2BR, 1BA): Two queen bedrooms (plus a twin-size ottoman bed in the living room). Features a formal dining room, living area with a large smart TV, full kitchen, and washer/dryer. Studio Suite (1BR, 1BA): A studio attached to Bungalow 2 (with a private entrance) featuring a queen bed, smart TV, kitchenette, modern bathroom, and its own secluded patio. Amenities & Highlights Modern Comforts: Fast Wi-Fi 6 and smart TVs in every unit. Each space is professionally cleaned and stocked with fresh linens, toiletries, and essentials. Outdoor & Parking: Enjoy a large fenced backyard and furnished patios. Ample free parking is available on-site (including a two-car driveway and an accessible spot). Prime Location: Steps from a popular late-night taco truck and excellent Mexican eateries, and minutes from downtown venues like the Convention Center and SAP Center, plus Caltrain and SJC Airport, with quick highway access to Levi's Stadium. Guest Access & Security: Self check-in via lockbox (please let us know if you'll arrive very late). Exterior security cameras monitor the property 24/7 (no indoor cameras). Pets are welcome, but please walk them off the courtyard and clean up after them.
