Guests must cover the cost to replace unreturned access devices such as keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes. 7. Rental agreement is required for all stays of 28+ days, all direct bookings, all bookings on Vrbo, Homeaway, Expedia, or related subsidiaries or affiliates, and otherwise at our sole discretion. 8. Guests take full responsibility for loss, injury, or damages that occur on the premises and its facilities. 9. Lockouts will result in a 180 USD fee per occurrence. *Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, or expenses and may be removed from the property without refund. __SUMMARY: The apartment comfortably sleeps four with a queen bed in each bedroom and has flexible seating areas so you can work or relax at your convenience. The sofa may serve as additional sleeping space, however please note it does not have a pull-out bed. __ AMENITIES: Smart TV with Airplay, self check-in, high-speed Wifi, dedicated workspace, kitchen island with barstool seating, and in-unit laundry __ PARKING: Reserved parking is not included in this listing. 2-hour metered parking is often available.
