[Home Layout] Upper floor street facing unit in a Fourplex (unit under this property) -Entry: will require a couple of steps to enter the house. -living room, kitchen and dining room -Laundry: Washer and dryer located in the hallway. -Bedroom #1: One king bed. No air conditioner in the bedroom -Bathroom with a tub located in the hallway Kitchen: Has basic equipment for cooking, appliances and drip coffee pot. Dining: 4-seater dining table Living room: Two futons and TV is smart only- no cable. The window air conditioner is in the living room only. [OTHERS] -1 unassigned parking spaces with signs located (right side of the property when facing the street) -Shared charcoal BBQ available on the back of property. This property has all new appliances, linens, furniture, flooring, paint, bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen. 1 king bedroom 2 futon beds in large living room 5 min to downtown Boise, Parks and blocks from the Greenbelt! 2 NEW SMART TVS Check-in requirments (All requirements will need to be provided remotely 24 hour prior to your arrival): *Government ID & a selfie with the ID for check-in is required. *A picture of your credit card front & back *The check-in host will reach out to you 7 days prior to your reservation for further check-in requirements and to set you up all for your check-in. A copy of our rental agreement and credit card authorization form will need to be signed at least 24 hours prior to your check-in. If the rental agreement copy isn’t signed by the time of check-in, we can’t check you in. *3rd party reservations aren’t allowed. Please make sure you make the reservation name under the individual that will be checking in and staying the full duration of the reservation. Reservations can’t be transferred, or name change after the reservation is booked. *All reservations 25 days and over will require a background check. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.
