As one of the original Camp Rose homes, this historic charmer was originally built in the 40s. Its unique charm can be noticed through the small details like warm wood flooring, built-ins, and crown molding. Sit back and enjoy the comfort of the living room's ample seating and lovely views, or head for the rooftop deck where you can be one amongst the trees. Steps away, the home's full kitchen exudes a sense of retro charm with its checkered flooring. When mealtime rolls around, dine with your loved ones at the quaint breakfast table or at the expansive formal dining table. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
