This beautiful Chalet is located off Nantahala Lake in the beautiful mountains of western North Carolina, surrounded by the Nantahala National Forest. Nantahala Lake sits at 3,012 feet in elevation one of the highest lakes. The property is just shy of 1 acre and sits on top of a hill surrounded by nature. It is located in the Little Choga gated community right outside of the known town of Andrews, NC. Dream Chaser is a 3 bedroom 3 ½ bath BOHO/Rustic style chalet. We wanted to bring new and vintage together to stay true to the area and home. Dream Chaser being located in the quiet Little Choga private community allows you to go on morning or afternoon walks with not many cars coming in and out of the area. The area is known for whitewater rafting, kayaking, river tubing, canoeing, camping, fishing, mountain hiking and biking, and snow skiing. It is also known for its history surrounding the Cherokee Indians and has the Cherokee Indian Reservation & Casino located nearby. If you do not have a boat and would like to rent one Lakes End Marina is a great place to rent from. You can rent one and leave it at our dock. Our family loves to travel especially places where there is tranquility and space to bond. Joe and Nina were high school sweethearts who have been married for 21 years. Together they have six children (3 biologically and 3 adopted) with ages ranging from 16 to 20. Joe is in Real Estate and Nina is a School Social Worker. When in the mountains they enjoy kayaking, hiking, trying new foods, board games, and new adventures. Enjoy the chalet as much as their family does..
