Please note, guests must be at least 18 years or older to check in. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or official guardian.
Guests are required to present a government issued identification with a credit card under the same name upon check in.
A security hold of USD $100 per night will be authorized on the credit card provided at check in, and will be released at check-out if no charges are incurred during the stay. Please note, credit card authorization release processing times vary depending upon your banking institution, and are not set by the property. Any damage, smoking or pet fees incurred during the stay will be charged to the guest’s credit card.
Cash cannot be used for the security hold. Third party credit card authorization forms are required to be submitted 72 hours prior to arrival.
All Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional charges may apply.
Self-parking is available at USD 45 per night for standard-sized vehicles and USD 55 per night for oversize vehicles. Valet parking is not available at this time.
The Presidential Suite is for residential purposes only, and can sleep a total of 2 guests. A minimum damage deposit of $500 USD will be required. Prior approval from the General Manager is required for any in-room external entertainment, catered events or filming in the Presidential Suite (a Food and Beverage minimum will be added to the room rate). Any damages incurred during the stay will be charged to the guest’s credit card.
A completed rental agreement form for the Presidential Suite is required prior to check in.
Our facility fee will entitle guests to the following:
- Prosecco Hour - daily in the hotel lobby from 15:00 to 16:00
