Inside, this luxurious and lodge-like retreat boasts ranch-style architecture and premium leather furnishings that cannot be matched. Hardwood floors throughout, vaulted ceilings, and magnificent windows letting in 300 days of sunshine keep this vacation home feeling fresh and airy all year round! After a day of exploring the resort, guests will want to kick back on the reclining leather couch or loveseat in the living room before the stone-tiled fireplace and entertainment center, which includes a 60-inch TV with a Blu-ray/DVD player, as well as internet throughout the home. Along with WiFi, you'll have an office space in the kitchen as well, which is an excellent place to answer a few last-minute emails as they come up or to keep your personal device plugged in while a meal is prepared. There is a large color monitor available to connect to your laptop for easy viewing. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
