If you'd like to get a closer look at the wonders around you, lace up your hiking boots and get exploring! China Peak offers trails for hiking, mountain biking, and even skiing in the winter, and it's only three miles away. Other nearby hikes include the stunning Rancheria Falls. And don't forget about swimming in Huntington Lake. However you spend your days, you can unwind with a cozy evening at this welcoming retreat. The wraparound deck is great for taking in surrounding views, as well as savoring meals made in the kitchen and with the gas grill. Back inside, lounge on the leather sectional of the living area. From here, you can take in free WiFi and DVDs on the flatscreen TV. Things To Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. This condo does not have AC. This HOA does not allow guests to bring dogs.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
