Endless water views, close enough to reach out n touch from the comfort this condo. Fully equipped, designated garage parking, Free wifi, newly renovated pool. Great seafood restaurant, and 24 hr conv. store across the street. All brand new S.S. appliances. Local attractions, dining, a short 5 min drive, or a relaxing walk or bike on local beach trails. Our Condo will sleep a max of 5 people. 1 BR with King Bed and attached full bathroom, and 2 queen sleeper sofas, and a single sleeper chair in the living room and an additional 1/2 bath. We offer a full kitchen, chairs and towels for the beach. Insulated large drink cups for the pool area. As a note our condo is self check in and out, there is no service desk. Prior to arrival you will receive full check in instructions, gate and condo entry codes. Please take a moment and read all of the instructions. We also have designated parking, and also open parking available for trailer / boats. We are a smoke free property, the HOA will "FINE" anyone caught smoking on the balcony or the property unless in a designated area. And we ask to please respect our property and others, what you do in you life is your choice, we do not criticize your choice unless they impact us or our guests. We have had people smoke Marijuana and we do not condone this on our in property, if you desire to do this, please partake in your pleasures someplace else.

I live here locally with my wife and children and love the thought of getting up everyday to enjoy all that we have here, our beaches, the emerald blue waters, the great weather, and wonderful seafood. We enjoy sharing all of this, with everyone that comes to visit, just how beautiful this area is and how lucky we are to live here. If you have questions please ask. Quiet, family friendly neighborhood. Easy access to local tourist attractions and family activities, local dining and a short drive to other local places of interest. We have a private beach area for guests only, yet we are very close to the heart and center of Pensacola beach. There are many places to eat, and yet just across the street is one of our favorites, Peg Leg Petes. Convenience in every way. Shopping, walking trails, historic sites and so much more to enjoy
