The spacious three-bedroom, two-bath house sleeps eight people comfortably in beds, one being a rollaway bed in the master bedroom closet. Another guest can fit on the couch if needed for a total of nine and is perfect for family trips or group getaways. It has a sizeable master bedroom with a king bed, its own SmartTV, a large walk-in closet, and an ensuite master bathroom. There is another bedroom with a queen bed, and a bedroom with a twin bed AND twin over twin bunk bed for the kids, along with kids' games and toys. We also provide a high chair and pack-and-play crib to make the place extra family-friendly. The inside of the house is spacious with an open living layout and features comfy furniture and thoughtful touches of décor, with 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a fully stocked kitchen. Inside the kitchen, you'll find all the silverware, pots, pans, and plates you need to pretend like you’re going to cook yourself dinner from scratch! The living room is furnished with a large flat-screen tv where you'll be able to Netflix and chill with family and friends. There is also a 2-car garage and a large driveway if you are brining a boat, trailer, or any other toys. The Splash House sits on a shared property with the main house in front and a separate guest suite (separate listing) and the pool is shared between the two. You will have your own patio area but please consider this if privacy is important to you.
