Prepare meals in the fully-loaded kitchen with granite countertops and sleek cabinets. Modern appliances include a French-door refrigerator, dishwasher, and gas range. Gather around the six-person dining table for meals, with additional seating for two at the kitchen bar. The extraordinary outdoor space features mountain views and a patio with sitting area, 40in TV, gas fireplace, full-size pool table, and outdoor kitchen with a gas grill. Take a dip in the resort-like pool complete with waterfall, or unwind in the hot tub or beside the firepit. The master bedroom has a king bed facing a gas fireplace and 50in TV. The en-suite has a double vanity, a walk-in shower with three showerheads, and a large soaking tub. The back patio can be accessed via the master bedroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a 40in TV. The third has a king bed. These rooms share a bathroom with a walk-in shower.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 1. Parking notes: No parking available. 2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. An optional fee of USD 75 per day is available to be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Vacasa after booking to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
