When the 18-foot pocket doors are open, the main living spaces are cooled by ceiling fans, mountain breezes, and remain a comfortable temperature year-round.

Home is located at 700 feet above sea level looking down on Kailua-Kona. We are in one of Kona's most desirable neighborhoods on a quiet street with multi-million dollar homes. Downtown is about 2 miles away via nice and easy streets. Many dozen restaurants and bars are within a mile or two. The Big Island has an endless number of activities and adventures from snorkeling and scuba diving to hiking, golf, shopping, hiking, and so much more!
