Riverside Homestays was established in 2022 and began operating as a Short Term Rental hospitality service. We have properties in Cebu, Philippines and Anderson, CA, USA. Managed by Rob Zimmerman, with his wife raised 5 children in the Pacific Island, continue to travel around the world looking for prime destinations for hosting wonderful vacation experiences. We aim to provide places for families to enjoy together, create memories and experience the joy of life and nature. You may like to visit, The Sundial Bridge is iconic with great spots for pictures. Mt Lassen National Park, Mt Shasta and the many waterfalls are all great places to visit while you are here. All these are what make Northern California great.

The 2500sq ft home and 750sq ft cottage easily sleeps 14 for a reunion, anniversary, fishing excursion or romantic escape. You may book either the house, the cottage, or both to provide you the privacy and space for a larger group. In the house, the master suite includes a large jacuzzi tub providing plenty of privacy for those intimate moments while enjoying an exclusive family getaway. A Large Chef's Kitchen makes creating memories with your loved ones a treat. The self-contained cottage is perfect for a couple or a small family accommodates 4 adults and has a full kitchen and living area with a private shower area. 5 miles south of Redding, Anderson, CA provides the perfect balance of serenity, nature and the wildlife. You are minutes away from great Redding Restaurants, shopping opportunities, and all the beauty that Northern California offers. Relax in the rich ambiance of natural wood beams & fireplacel Outside you can soak in the hot tub and swim in our 40' pool. The spacious open plan living area flows out to the expansive deck area with bbq grill. Wade into the river for some fly fishing or enjoy a game of poker together or just watch the sun set around the fire pit. Come enjoy!

We live on a quiet dead-end street on the edge of the sleepy little city of Anderson, CA close to exit 670 of I-5. This is a public boat ramp at Anderson River Park about 1 mile east of us and there is a great splash pad that is free to use throughout the Summer. The Sacramento River has an abundant supply. of fish for you to catch. 10minutes to the North is Redding and Bethel along with many wonderful dining and shopping opportunities. Theory Coffee Roasters is a local favorite. Don’t miss stopping at the very unique Sundial Bridge. Many people love going up to Mt Lassen National Park. The volcano blew it top less than 100 years ago and boiling mud pits are quite a site to behold. Shasta and Trinity County and known as adventure zones. Mt Shasta and Shasta Lake are great places to see too and it’s very easy to hire a party boat there. Fishing guides are available to take you out in the Sacramento River to find the best fishing spots. We are also close to the Redding Airport and there are rental cars available there too. We are only 2 hours north of Sacramento, 3.5 hours north of San Francisco. You may enjoy a drive up to Burney Falls or a hike around Mt Lassen National Park.
