Stroll to sun-kissed days on the lovely sands of nearby Doran Beach, then enjoy alfresco meals and fairway views on your bay-view deck. The split-level floor plan features a gourmet kitchen, a gas fireplace, and phenomenal natural light. Located in the scenic South Harbour neighborhood, you'll appreciate being within walking distance of a Trent Jones-designed golf course. LIVING AREA Snuggle on plush furnishings in the living area and stream new releases on the smart TV. A wall of windows provides gorgeous views of the water, and the gas fireplace completes the relaxing ambience. KITCHEN & DINING Prepare locally inspired meals in the kitchen, newly updated with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. A wet bar offers filtered water and the kitchen bar seats four to morning coffee. When you're ready to eat, gather around the table for up to 12 in the dining area. BED & BATH This three-story home sleeps 10 guests in five bedrooms (each equipped with a TV). The primary suite boasts a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom includes a queen bed. The third and fourth bedrooms are each furnished with a king bed, while the fifth bedroom holds a queen bed. Two guest bathrooms have a walk-in shower, while the other has a tub/shower combination. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES Unwind in the hot tub and admire views of the bay and the golf course. Barbecue tasty meals on the balcony's gas grill, then dine alfresco at the table for six on the deck. EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS Complimentary Wi-Fi, a private sauna, and a washer/dryer are provided. Parking is available for three vehicles (two compact cars in the garage, and one in the driveway). Street parking for one additional car may be available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
