Hello, My husband and I built our cottage in 2012. We have been traveling to the Frankfort area for many years...its a generational trip started by my in law's parents. Enjoy walking distance to downtown eateries, bars/microbrewery (Stormcloud Brewing), an amazing bakery, multiple coffee houses and shops. In a short daytrip you can check out The Sleeping Bear Dunes, Traverse City, multiple hiking spots, Crystal Lake, Beulah, Manistee, Crystal Mountain (mostly for skiing and wintersports) and so much more!
