We will be unable to give an ETA for when the pond will be restocked, and there will be no refunds given to those inconvenienced by a low stock due to it being out of our control. Please know we are trying our best to get it stocked as soon as possible. - Please note that the hot tub takes around 6 hours to heat up. So depending on what time the property was cleaned, your hot tub or pool may not be hot upon arrival. - We charge a fee per pet. This fee allows us to provide extra care and cleaning to ensure the home is fresh and comfortable for the next guests, including guests with allergies. Pets are not allowed on the furniture, must be potty trained, and must be kenneled when left at the property alone. You will be charged for any damages caused by your pet. - Due to the rural location of this property, cell phone reception may occasionally be spotty. - No RV or Trailer parking
