A shared boardwalk with the house next door, gives you easy access to the white sandy beach just beyond the gulf front pool. In this location of the peninsula, you’ve got the gulf outside of your back door and the bay across the street from the front side of the house. Views of both can be seen from most places inside of the house. Three of the five bedrooms are gulf front and all five have their own full baths. There is a main living area with an open layout with living room, dining and kitchen as well as a separate den on the first floor. With a large crowd, sometimes it can be helpful to have other spaces to separate. Decks are on each the levels, some covered and others open for sunbathing. There are also decks on both sides of the house so you have wonderful views of the beach and the bay as well as sunrise and sunset.
