No smoking of any kind anywhere on the premises including outdoor spaces (150 USD fine will be assessed and additional fees for remediation may apply). 5. Quiet time after 10pm. 6. Guests must cover the cost to replace unreturned access devices such as keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes. 7. Rental agreement is required for all stays of 28+ days, all direct bookings, all bookings on Vrbo, Homeaway, Expedia, or related subsidiaries or affiliates, and otherwise at our sole discretion. 8. Guests take full responsibility for loss, injury, or damages that occur on the premises and its facilities. 9. Bookings by local guests are prohibited at this property. Please contact us with any questions. __ SUMMARY: The space comfortably sleeps two with a queen bed and has flexible seating areas so you can work or relax at your convenience. The living room sofa may serve as an additional sleeping area, however please note it does not have a pull-out bed. NOTE: each guest must have a mobile phone, download the Latch app, and create an account in order to access the building and apartment doors. In order to prevent delays with check-in, the name and email of each guest must be provided to us a) at least 48 hours prior to check-in or b) within 3 hours of confirming the booking. __ AMENITIES: Fitness center, yoga studio, work stations, conference room, game room & lounge, shared outdoor pool, smart TV, self check-in, high-speed Wifi, dedicated workspace, laptop-friendly workspace/dining table, private balcony, and in-unit laundry __ PARKING: Free daytime parking throughout the neighborhood streets. Overnight street parking requires registering for a permit with the city which is free up to 3 nights or ranging from 20 USD for 4+ nights.
