All of our properties are located in Virginia Beach Oceanfront/Boardwalk area, and since we’re based here too, we’re just around the corner if you need assistance. Four Sails Resort offers spacious oceanfront condo-style accommodations with resort amenities and breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean. Situated directly on the Virginia Beach Boardwalk, it’s the perfect destination for families, couples, and groups seeking a relaxing beach getaway. These vacation rentals are priced for weekly stays, which is why you’ll see a lower nightly rate compared to booking directly through the resort—no timeshare ownership is required, and no timeshare presentation or sales tour is involved. Each unit includes a fully equipped kitchen, private oceanfront balcony, whirlpool tub, flat-screen TV with DVD player, and separate sleeping and living areas. All maintenance, cleaning, and decor are handled by resort staff to ensure a consistent and comfortable experience. Resort staff are available on-site to assist with maintenance issues and guest needs for your convenience. Please note that daily housekeeping is not provided during your stay. ***Important Info: This resort only has 1 elevator, should the elevator go out of service for any reason, guest will be required to climb stairs to get to their unit. NO refunds will be given if the elevator goes out of service. Suite Options-Floors vary by date(you will get whatever floor is available based on dates booked). 1-Bedroom Queen Size Bed or King Size Bed Suites (Sleeps 4): Each with a queen or king bed, a sofa bed, whirlpool tub, and two balconies (King has 2 oceanfront, Queen has 1 oceanfront and 1 city view). 2-Bedroom Suites (Sleep 6–8): Spacious layouts perfect for larger families or groups(all are oceanfront balconies).
