Our condo is technically a 1 bedroom, but more like a 2 bedroom. It has a loft assessable by a ladder with two twin beds (older kids are fine). There is a petite queen bed in the master bedroom. There is one bathroom with a separate tub/shower. Our condo has lofted ceilings, which give it a nice open feel. It’s also a 2nd floor unit (2 story building), so no noise from neighbors above. The deck is accessed through a sliding glass door and faces open space and a great view. The kitchen has everything you need including: a Jenn-Air range and stove (electric), microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, disposal, coffee maker, French press, toaster, George Foreman Grill, crock pot, popcorn popper, lots of pots/pans, dishes, glasses, utensils, silverware. The wide screen TV has cable XFINITY. Includes Wifi. There is no phone, but cell phones have coverage. Both sleeping areas have bed lamps and clock radios. Off-street parking is located behind the Condo. The recreation center is quite large and nice. The rental includes the rec center pass. It features a large outdoor heated pool (85 F) and two outdoor hot tubs. Inside, there is a weight room with 10 machines and 5 or 6 stationary bikes.

Fraser has more stores and restaurants than Winter Park which is about 2 miles away. Winter Park Resort is about 6 miles and has a free shuttle that picks up right outside the Condo.
