BEDROOMS & BATHS This single-story home sleeps up to 10 guests in four bedrooms (each with a wall-mounted flat-screen TV) and a sleeper sofa. The master bedroom has a plush king-size bed and sliding glass doors leading to a private patio. Enjoy morning coffee or an alfresco meal on the two-seat bistro table. The en-suite master bathroom has a walk-in shower. The second and third bedrooms each have a king-size bed. The shared second bathroom in the hallway has a walk-in shower. The fourth bedroom has its own separate entry area from the backyard, and serves as a private casita. Furnished with a queen-size bed, this room has its own en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. 1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
