With no lack of natural beauty to explore, enjoy beach access a quick walk away, or head for Neakahnie-Manzanita State Park for a peaceful hike amongst an old-growth forest. A truly serene and unique experience, board the Oregon Coast Scenic Railroad for a seaside journey (eight miles). Check out the Tillamook Creamery (16 miles) for a delicious pint of ice cream and cheese samples. Or indulge in the area's great surfing areas. Relax in the sun-filled living room adorned with soft seating, nautical touches, and a large TV. Practice yoga in the mornings, play a board game in the afternoon, and tune into your favorite movie come nightfall. The adjacent kitchen's charm can be found amongst the blue cabinetry and beautiful wood dining table. A gas grill is provided for seafood cookouts. Both bedrooms in this home have been carefully curated with fun artwork, tasteful colors, and plush bedding. And for your complete convenience, there is a washer/dryer and a jetted tub. Things to Know This vacation rental is not equipped with air-conditioning. Streaming services available with guests’ own account(s). Check-in time: 4:00 PM. Check-out time: 10:00 AM. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
