Situated in an ideal location, your stay is minutes from local attractions such as Bethany Beach, Coastal Wilds, the Assawoman Wildlife Area, Bear Trap Dunes, and the Freeman Arts Pavilion. On-site, a pool and two dog parks are available for sunny afternoon enjoyment. When you aren't biking around the scenic neighborhood, head inside your sun-filled stay. Composed of high ceilings, comfortable furnishings, and modern appliances - you'll love everything about the inviting interior. Stream your favorite shows on the TV with your own account log-ins. When you aren't lounging on the living room's plush seating, utilize the kitchen's stainless steel appliances, coffee station, and ample meal prep space to prepare a tasty dish or drink! Pods and coffee are not provided for the Nespresso Pixie machine, Keurig, and regular drip machine. The townhome's bedrooms, effortlessly decorated with tropical mementos and soft linens, ensure restful slumber for everyone. The bathrooms are impressive, adorned with large vanities and respective walk-in showers/tubs. The townhome has a dog wash station in the garage, dog bowls, a dog bed, and a crate. Workstations with monitors and comfortable desk chairs are available for remote work. A private washer/dryer and additional guest parking round out the stellar amenities. Things to Know There is a 100 dollars HOA fee. Pool hours are from 10 a.m. - 8 p.m., Memorial Day through Labor Day. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking.
