Both rooms include seasonal air conditioning and heating for year-round comfort. The living room is where this space really shines—literally. With bright pops of color, a massive 55" Smart TV, and another retro gaming setup loaded with 10,000+ classic games, it’s the ultimate chill zone after a day out in the city. The comfy Bob-O-Pedic pull-out sofa sleeps two more, and the bar-height dining table adds a modern touch. There is public on street parking options available throughout Hoboken please be mindful of all posted Municipal signs on where and when street parking is allowed. If you plan to visit NYC during your stay our suggestion is to leave your car in a parking lot and use public transportation to get around since finding parking spots especially in NYC can get frustrating. There is a bus stop 2 blocks away. For public transportation options I suggest using google maps since it incorporates all transit methods.
