If you're looking for an adventure, Silverwood Theme Park is only about 33 miles away and offers more than 65 rides and a water park, giving you a multitude of things to do while you're there! Garfield Bay Boat launch and park is just a block away. Need Groceries? There is a small local grocery store Odie's Bayside Grocery 1/2 mile away. You can enjoy barbecuing on the deck on warm evenings with beautiful views of the lake and the sound of the creek nearby. There is a propane firepit table perfect for making s'mores for dessert or sitting around it singing and strumming a guitar with family and friends. The home's first floor offers a welcoming common space with a sofa and a washer/dryer. The main living area is on the second floor, along with the main bedroom with an en suite full bathroom with a standalone shower and double vanity. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
