Welcome! We hope you enjoy the peacefulness of our cabin. We travel with our pups often and hope your pooch enjoys the mountain air and walking trail hikes too. You have (many!) choices of vacation homes, and we are genuinely grateful you chose Gentle Ben's. We are happy to provide a relaxing stay.

Nestled among western NC mountains, this striking 2-BR/2-BA chalet is easily reached on scenic paved roads, minutes from downtown Murphy. A peaceful retreat or adventurous getaway, Gentle Ben's is designed for couples, friends or small families. Enjoy walking trails, scenic motorcycle rides, seasonal fishing, river rafting or zip lining, craft breweries, wineries, casino, food and local culture. Andrews, historic Hayesville, Blairsville, trendy Blue Ridge are within 20 mins.

Neighbourhood information

Murphy and the surrounding towns are a hub of activity, from hiking to wine tasting and craft brews, gaming at the Cherokee Valley River Casino, white water rafting, tubing, fishing, jet skiing, boating, zip lining, or just drinking in the cool mountain air and country vibe. The pace is slow, the folks are friendly and welcoming, enjoy some southern hospitality.
