Very private upscale 3-bedroom home on a cul de sac located in Georgetown Massachusetts about 25 miles from downtown Boston. The house abuts a very large state forest with many hiking and biking trails. No other house within 400 feet. Conveniently located 1 mile from Route 95. Hardwood floors throughout with 2 full baths and 1 half bath. Garage parking.
We have been in the vacation home rental business for many years with 3 properties in Florida and 1 in Massachusetts.
Very quiet neighborhood consisting of 2 cul de sacs, and a grocery store about 1 mile away. Close to New Hampshire, Maine and the coast.
