This centrally located, comfortable home has 3 spacious, well appointed sleeping areas, with 3 comfortable queen sized beds, all topped with gel infused memory foam mattress toppers for a great nights sleep. There are two bedrooms, one with it's own TV and Fire TV, with a third bed in the 2nd living area, screened off from the kitchen for privacy (see photos). The kitchen just calls out for use with it's granite counter-top, gas stove, double ovens, and everything the experienced cook would need. The living room has two comfortable couches a large (50"+) flatscreen and Roku. Note: There is another rental, The Glenwood Studio onsite, that can be booked as well, if available. This is a separate studio unit with its own exterior entrance on the right side of the house before the fence, like a duplex, with separate spaces in the wide double driveway. All shared walls have been soundproofed, though there can still be some sound transferrance on occasion. The studio unit does not have access to the backyard, this is for your private use.

I'm a friendly, helpful person and I'm a font of information when it comes to local eateries and entertainment - if I don't know the answer, I generally know where or who to ask. I LOVE to travel, and one of my favorite things about Airbnb is that it can bring the travel to you, in a sense. This extremely comfortable home is directly adjacent to the country club cottage area in Wichita Falls, in the neighborhood directly behind Midwestern State University-the perfect area for a shaded walk, run or bike ride. It's walking distance (10-15 minutes) to MSU and Parker Square, which features Cinemark Theatre with stadium seating, Frank and Joe's Coffee House, Jason's deli and so much more! The neighborhood is nice and quiet, right behind the university, and adjacent to the Country Club Cottage area, a great walking area (though there are few sidewalks). You have the full use of the left side of the driveway (the right is reserved for guests of the Glenwood Studio), which is long enough to park 2 cars - 1 behind the other. Wichita Falls is a large spread-out city, so a car would be highly recommended. However, if you prefer public transportation and don't mind a little planning, Wichita Falls boasts a bus system which, paired with Uber and Lyft, will get you where you need to go.
