Suspend time in this beautiful hilltop home away from home with views of the city and ocean. Centrally located between Disneyland, Universal Studios, the beach, and the mountains! You get 2000 sq/ft and a beautiful 1/4 acre yard and patio to yourself. No gatherings are permitted. We only allow 6 overnight guests and no more than 8 people on the property at once regardless of age. The house has 2 bedrooms, three beds, and 1.5 bathrooms. The second bathroom does not have a shower or tub.

The advantages of this house are the central location, the views, and large space and lot which you get to yourself. There are two large bedrooms with a king and a queen and two living areas that include an additional queen bed. The living room, bedrooms, and kitchen/dining area have enormous windows for viewing the city lights all the way to the ocean. The backyard has a large patio with table and chairs, grassy area, beautiful plants, and outdoor lighting. We have a BBQ grill and fire pit on the patio. Guests must provide their own propane and we provide a tank for refill or exchange. You can also walk up the street to explore miles of trails with 360° views of the city, mountains, and ocean! It is a quiet residential neighborhood called “The Hill.” It’s truly hard to believe you are right in the middle of the LA area. There are almost always birds singing and flowers blooming. There are many restaurants down the hill in “Uptown” Whittier- which in most cities would be called downtown. The 605 freeway is very close, which is a pretty big deal. Some places in LA it takes 15 minutes just to get to a freeway. Make sure to check traffic, as distance is measured in time, not miles, in LA. To access most, places it’s better to get started before 12. Except downtown LA. That’s actually easier to get to in the afternoons and evenings during the reverse commute. No gatherings or events are allowed. Unfortunately, due to previous incidents, we’ve had to become very strict. This applies to quinceañeras, weddings, birthdays, media productions, and family gatherings. We allow a maximum of 6 guests overnight. They must be included at the time of your request. Then we allow no more than 8 people at once on the property at any given time,. We charge for any unregistered overnight guests or people over 8 regardless of age or relational status. We have parking in the driveway for 2-3 cars depending on their length. There is 42' of parking space
