We use TRUVI as part of our guest screening process. Your TRUVI application must match the primary guest name on the reservation, and your background check must be completed within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation as per State and City law. Your booking is NOT confirmed until these requirements have been fulfilled. Once the reservation is confirmed, and prior to check-in, guests must sign a Rental Agreement outlining the terms of the stay, stating that they agree with and acknowledge: - To abide by our rental terms and conditions. - To provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in. - We collect a non-refundable damage waiver of USD 50, paid via TRUVI - The waiver will cover you for any accidental damage during your stay - Keep an eye out TRUVI will contact you for the next steps.

Located near the Verde River in the Sonoran Desert and near scenic lakes and endless outdoor activities like fishing, hiking, golf, ATV adventures. Use of the exercise bike is at your own risk. Always consult a healthcare professional before starting any new exercise routine. If you use the exercise bike, you agree to assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages that may occur. STATE LAW STRICTLY PROHIBITS PARTIES/EVENTS at the property. This is a residential area and the city of Scottsdale has quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am. We must be respectful of our neighbors. The home is outfitted with a NoiseAware device (that measures volume decibels; does not record) that notifies us when noise levels at the property exceed the set limit. Violating noise ordinances is an initial 500 fine. The max occupancy is 4. Day visitors are ok but must not stay overnight. There is a 250 per person fine for overnight guests over the max occupancy. Mid-stay cleaning is available for a fee. Please notify your host to arrange it. Dog-friendly property with prior authorization only, and a pet fee applies. Must clean up after your dog or incur a 150 USD additional cleaning fee. Mail service is not provided at this location. While packages can be delivered to your doorstep, access to the mailbox is not available. The home is on well water with a septic tank. All pipes lead to the septic tank. Please follow these basic rules, as fees may apply if we need to repair the tank. -Never flush anything other than toilet paper. -Use the trash for all waste disposal. Food debris, cooking oil, fats, grease, coffee grounds, etc., go in the trash, not in the sink disposal. -Avoid using any harsh chemicals. The landscaper visits the property every Tuesday.
