Company information

We are CA transplants from September of 2020. We also have 100-acres in Rudy, AR with 5 cabins, 4 that are currently available for short-term vacation rental. We currently reside in Alma, AR.

Property information

Be our guest at the Beland Manor in the Treasured Mist Suite in this 7,000 sq ft grand colonial w/ 6 private guest suites (approximately 5,000 sq ft available to guests). The Treasured Mist (upstairs) has peaceful views and a king size canopy bed. The home has the following shared features: stylish relaxing living room, tastefully designed gathering room & a light & fun game room w/ a pool table & lots of seating. All rooms have a smart tv & wifi access. Centrally located. The home is not a bed & breakfast but has that same cozy feel. Smoking is allowed outside, just not within the building.

Neighbourhood information

Off street parking along the Rogers Avenue side of the home. Lots of restaurant in the area, near UAFS and close to the Fort Smith airport.
