You'll enjoy the small private beach area and free access to kayaks, a canoe, a pedal boat, inner-tubes, fishing poles, life jackets and water shoes, and beach towels. Prepare meals in the fully stocked granite kitchen, complete with double ovens and with cookware, dinnerware, glassware, linens, coffee and tea, and cooking spices all included. This spacious air-conditioned home has four flat-screen TVs with cable channels and streaming services, a DVD player with over 100 movies, a Nintendo Wii gaming system, a karaoke machine, a full-sized pool table, and assorted board games and books. And after a day of fun, you're welcome to relax in the hot tub in the screened in patio! The interior of this single-family home offers 2 living areas, 2 dining areas, a large rec room with a wet bar, 4 bedrooms, 1 full bath on the main floor, and half baths on the upper and lower levels. All bed and bath linens, blankets, and pillows, including multiple extras are provided. The bathrooms include complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash, and lotions. The primary bedroom on the second floor has a sitting area with flat screen TV and a queen bed. The secondary bedroom on the main floor has a flat screen TV and a queen bed. Two additional bedrooms contain two twin beds and one full sized bed. The exterior offers a screened in furnished patio, a grill with accessories, and a wood burning tabletop firepit. Firewood and propane for the grill are provided free of charge. On-site and included in the rental, the property offers a washing machine and dryer, a swim dock for guests only, a private boat dock for your use, and parking for up to six vehicles.

Grandview Gambrel is surrounded by trees in a secluded natural setting, giving you the happy illusion of being in the middle of nowhere while actually being conveniently close to amenities and activities. You will often see neighbors strolling, bicycling, or 4 wheeling, and everyone is quick to wave and say hello!
