Located in the quiet Pine Mountain Lake community, you'll enjoy on-site horseback riding, golf, pool, shared tennis courts, and myriad hiking trails through the forest. This is a great place to stay for a visit to Yosemite National Park, which is only 25 miles away. The house itself is bright and comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The fully equipped kitchen lets you cook whatever your heart desires, and a dishwasher makes clean-up easy. Six will fit around the dining table for dinner, and you can always make room for a couple extra chairs. Downstairs is a large game room that will provide entertainment for hours. Here, you'll enjoy a pool table, Ping-Pong table, foosball, and a dart board. A den upstairs provides a nice sanctuary for getting work done or just relaxing in quiet. A private washer/dryer are available for any laundry you need freshening up. Out the sliding glass doors, you'll find a large deck with a gas grill, patio table, and furniture for sitting out and enjoying the sounds of nature and the smell of the fresh pine breeze. At night, head down to the gravel patio to enjoy ghost stories and s'mores around the gas firepit (be sure to check out the stars). This house is perfect for a family or a group of friends - Pine Mountain Lake offers a ton of activities in its beautiful, wooded landscape, such as fishing, swimming, and boating on the community lake (though please note that motorized boats are not allowed and that guests must rent from the marina). You might go horseback riding at the equestrian center, or play a round of golf at the championship 18-hole golf course.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
