Welcome to The Maui Sea Turtle Condo an Oceanfront Paradise, Inside and Out! A beautifully updated 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom, second-floor retreat at the highly sought-after Hale Mahina Beach Resort in Honokōwai, perfectly located between Ka'anapali and Kapalua on Maui's world-famous west coast. Elevator access is available; however, this condo is not ADA accessible, and access to the unit and beach areas may be challenging for guests with mobility limitations. The condo includes one parking pass for a single vehicle. This serene oceanfront retreat is best suited for adults (21 and over) and is not recommended for children under 12. To help maintain a peaceful environment for all guests, the property is non-smoking, pet-free, and events are not permitted. Beach access may vary with the natural tides, but the incredible ocean views and gentle sounds of the waves are always yours to enjoy. From your private lanai, enjoy breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean and the neighboring islands of Moloka'i and Lāna'i, spectacular sunsets, and the soothing sounds of ocean waves. The sandy beach just steps away offers the unique opportunity to see giant sea turtles resting onshore, and seasonal whale watching is possible from November through May. This oceanfront condo comfortably accommodates up to three guests, making it ideal for couples or small groups seeking a serene Maui getaway. Inside, the condo is designed for comfort and convenience. The living room features a 65" Smart Roku TV, a sofa sleeper, and a dining area, while the fully equipped kitchen has new stainless-steel appliances, an ice maker, filtered water, and all the essentials for preparing meals at home. The bedroom includes a queen bed with Japanese Shoji-style sliding doors for privacy and a 40" Smart Roku TV.
