A valid government-issued photo ID and a physical credit card with a cardholder name that matches the ID are required at check-in.

Unfortunately, Apple Pay and Apple Cards cannot be accepted, as we are unable to verify the cardholder's identity through these methods.

Parking Pass and Rules:

Visit the front desk to receive your parking pass. Please hang the parking pass from the rearview mirror at all times to avoid the vehicle from being towed. Large, oversize vehicles or boat trailers are prohibited and will be towed without vehicle owner's consent. Parking in the fire lane or in front of the dumpster is not permitted.

Package Handling and Storage Fees:

The hotel front desk will only receive and hold packages for registered guests. A $3.00 handling fee will be charged to the room of the package recipient for each package received. An additional $50.00 handling fee will be charged for each package received that is over 30 lbs. Packages will be held for up to seven days. The hotel is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages.

Bicycles/Scooters, with the exception of medical equipment, are not permitted inside of the hotel.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

A damage deposit of $100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
