Besides the unbeatable price, according to 86% of thousands of previous guests from Booking &Airbnb,” this is a serene place to stay, safe, friendly, supportive and uplifting....” It is peaceful and comfortable enough to stretch the body, relax the mind, and calm emotions, especially for those who are over at the Midway Airport to stay for a few hours (greater than 3 hours). The location is super convenient both by car or public transportation. 1. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping plaza, public transportation, and police station. A. 5-minute walk to Red Line CTA Train. B. 8-minute walk to Green Line CTA Train. C. 3-8 minute walk to bus 15,24,55, 59,172, etc. D. 3-minute walk to a mall and a wide variety of restaurants, including Dunkin' Donuts, McDonald's, Burger King, Checkers, and Chinese Kitchen. E. Walking to a bank, dental office, Footlocker, other stores, and police station. 2. Via public transportation, About 8 minutes to the University of Chicago campus and hospital. About 9 minutes to President Obama's home About 10 minutes to Chinatown About 12 minutes to downtown About 15 minutes from McCormick Place About 20 mins from Grant Park. About 19 mins from Midway Airport by car (49 mins by bus 55 directly) About 14 mins from Union Station by car (36 mins ridden by redline) 3. It is a 2-minute drive to the Interstate (I-94/I 90/ Dan Ryan Expressway). This home is located on the south side of Chicago, between S 55th & S Dearborn, XS Tennis Village at the end of the street. Our block is safe, clean, and quiet! Ample parking for the cars, even trucks. Please DON'T DON'T DON'T book it if you have doubts about the neighborhood or location. Thanks!!! 🙏🙏🙏 My neighbors are quiet, friendly, and respectful, with no drama, or trauma, We all look after each other, and any disturbance can be immediately distinguished and taken care of by the policemen nearby (<5 mins from the police station). NOTE: Please ignore anyone who seems abnormal or under drug/alcohol influence in L trains, or anywhere on the streets.
