Our retreat is situated on the historic city square in downtown Demorest and is just a short walk from two restaurants, a boutique coffee shop, and Piedmont University. Our once storefronts have been converted into accommodations that perfectly complement the historic charm of the downtown square. Downtown Studio is a spacious, fully furnished in-town retreat. The classy industrial vibe and design of the place will make you feel relaxed. The studio is one of four distinctly designed private units in Haven at Hazel. If you are a frequent visitor to the area, each place has a different style and experience. Downtown Studio is a private apartment with a front and back door. The back door provides easy access to our common area, and we also have a front common area with a central fountain and benches overlooking the square. We want your stay to be worry-free and hope to help with that by providing all the basic essentials such as coffee, dishes, cooking and eating utensils, pots and pans, towels

On the square in historic downtown Demorest, across the street from Piedmont College. We have city street parking in front of the studio and a private parking lot. We are within walking distance of everything Demorest offers and only two miles from Cornelia, Clarkesville, and the Hwy 365 Cornelia exit.
